I started my cleaning company because I truly love cleaning and creating beautiful, well-kept spaces. From the beginning, I’ve played every role—hiring and training, sales, operations, and dreaming big about what this company could become.
Family is at the heart of why I built this business. My goal has always been to create something lasting—something my kids could one day help grow and take pride in. I believe success comes from hard work, care, and doing things the right way.

Employees.

We only have employees and never use subcontractors. All employees are insured, neat, courteous, dependable, trained, and closely supervised. We use ADP services for criminal background checks and carry workers compensation through Hartford and liability Insurance through American Family.

Our History

Julie Kruschwitz founded The Absolute Best Cleaning Company in the summer of 1991. (Name Changed to Twin Cities Contract Cleaning 2017) At the time she was working as a server at a Red Lobster Restaurant and managing a gym. Unable to find a reliable cleaning company for the gym she decided to hire herself. After impressing the ownership of the gym, many gym patrons wanted their businesses cleaned and referrals rolled in. Julie realized there was a huge demand for trustworthy dependable cleaning. The next years involved cleaning homes, restaurants, offices, schools, factories and banks. Since 2002 she has focused her business primarily on commercial buildings.
